Pack Your Items
Securely place the product in its original box along with all manuals, cables, and the provided RMA slip to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Ship to Hotspot
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
